Describes a variety of different techniques and styles used in dance instruction, music, and dance choreography.

Modern dance is characterized by its versatility. Modern dance can be danced to any music or combined with other dance forms to create new styles.

We work mainly with the architecture of the body in space and time, with rhythm and its representation through relaxation. Recovery through the use of energy as opposed to gravity, weight and as opposed to fall.

The focus is on minimal tension seeking clarity, flow and efficiency, breathing made experiential through the joints and musculature to promote soft, gentle movement.
